Tobacco more available in poor communities

A Maori health organisation says it's unacceptable that tobacco is four times more available in poor communities compared to rich ones. Hapai Te Hauora says increasing the tax on tobacco is good but reducing where it can be sold will be more beneficial to Maori. However, one researcher disputes that and says the best thing for Maori is to scrap the tax hike altogether
